Stefan Nilsson

From “House of the Seventh Minuet,” Stefan Nilsson is a close friend of Leila and Killian, and distant cousin to Larsa. He has Swedish ancestry, which he embraces. He has several tattoos related to Norse mythology, including Sleipnir, Fenrir, runes, and a helm of awe. His jewelry is also Norse.

Stefan learned to play oboe alongside Leila, and although she ended up focusing on writing, he sometimes plays professionally or teaches. He works at a local music store in Portland and creates electronic music in he free time. Stefan’s favorite job is being DJ at local clubs, and he recently debuted as DJ Sleipnir.

He is a little over six feet tall. His muscles are more from work than visiting any gym. He often lifts heavy music equipment, and helps his family with chores in the yard, including chopping firewood. He has no plans to ever cut his hair, and while he feels he has enough piercings, he does want more tattoos. He’s down-to-earth and also a gentleman– and is especially protective of Leila.

About Legends of Lorata

Eleanor Willow is the author of the high fantasy series Legends of Lorata, which takes place on a medieval-style world filled with elves, dragons, and faeries. There is also a fourth race, one that is rare and magical: the angelic Starr. Lorata is a distant planet watched over by four deities: good, evil, elemental, and celestial-- and there are plenty of legends about them all! One of the most important ones is the prophecy of Jenh's champion, Loracaz, who is promised to return to the realm whenever evil threatens to take hold. There are currently three books completed, and the first one can be read online. Book four is currently being written, and a fifth will most likely be in the future.
